All exercises are tailored for men and women with no weights needed, just your body weight ☺

Set 1 
Push ups 3x10 
Pull ups 3x10 
Air Squats 3x20 
Walking lounge 3x15 
Jump squat 2x15 

Set 2 
Burpees 3x10 
Lunges 3x10 on each leg 
Single leg deadlifts 3x10 
Chair dips 3x10
