Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Please contact us for any custom requests of your own or for anything as seen in the Lookbook.
- Our factory will only begin fulfilLment after the payment transaction is initiated.
- To complete production and delivery of your item(s), please allow a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 business days for orders within the United States, and up to 14 business days for orders outside of the United States (excluding Jamaica depending on the item).
- Shipping prices will vary based on item weight and destination. These prices, along with any customs charges (for international shipping) will be the responsibility of the guest. For certain orders within Jamaica, there will be no shipping applied.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will not assume responsibility for covering any shipping costs unless it is identified that there was an error on our end.
- Tracking information will be provided to the email address associated with the order once the item(s) is/are shipped.
- Please subscribe to our mailing list for updates on giveaways and discounted items/shipping.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Items are eligible for return, exchange and/or refund within 10 days after they have been delivered once our inspection protocol deems them to be in the same (new) condition as they were sent.
- You can initiate your request here and a JEDI will be in touch with you within 24-36 hours regarding approval/rejection and next steps.
- Shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges will be your responsibility unless it is identified that the error was on our end. Similarly, original shipping cost is non-refundable unless we are at fault.
- If you are shipping items above $50, please consider a trackable option and possibly insurance for a more secured transaction.
